The first Yucera’s job skills competition for zirconia block material kicked off on July 12 th, which was sponsored by the General Manager’s Office. The whole event was divided into three parts: registration and review, on-site competition, and award-giving group photo. More than 30 contestants engaged in fierce work for zirconia cad cam blocks on dry pressing, cold isostatic pressing, shape processing, printing and packaging, etc.
In order to achieve good results in this competition, the staff in the production department used their spare time to study and practice hardly, delving into the tips and techniques to improve work efficiency, proposing optimization schemes, improving work methods, and all competed to compete in this competition at the producing process of cerec zirconia block. Yucera’s staff showed their style and reflect the value at this competition. After this job competition, there were a group of technical experts with solid skills, fast techniques, stable and reliable quality emerged, including Luo Feifei, Fan Mingchun, and Liu Feihu from the dry pressing process, Zhao Xiaoduo from the cold isostatic pressing process, and Jiang Kele who is from the shape processing process, Li Wanxing, Li Jing, Zhong Yulian, who are from printing and packaging. This group of outstanding colleagues lived up to expectations, worked hard and beat the crowd during the competition for zirconia dental block, and won the championship in each process competition, and improved the standard working time efficiency of each position up to at least 10%, which set an example for the improvement of employee skills for zirconia oxide block in the future, and also provided a reference for the optimization of standards of producing zirconia milling block.
All the contestants gathered at the main entrance of the company to participate in the award ceremony at 8:00 am on April 19th. First, Mr. Liu, CEO of Yucera, commented on the skills competition for dental zirconia block and announced the results and ranking of the competition, and then the leaders of the production department awarded the prize. The staff presented awards and took a group photo. A total of 7 contestants won the title of “Gold Medal Player” in this job competition for zirconia milling block, and received a prize of 1,000 yuan and certificate medals. The purpose of this event was to call on all employees to take this job skill competition as an opportunity to quickly set off a boom in comparison, learning, catching up, helping, and surpassing within the branch, and strived to develop excellent skills, assiduously study job skills, and quickly improve production efficiency for zirconia multilayer block, ensuring zirconia block’s quality and the realization of various goals had made positive contributions to the rapid development of Yucera.
